Remindy is an SMS-based service that helps you follow through on what you owe people. You tell it what to remember, and it texts you until it’s done. These Terms govern your use of Remindy, including the website and SMS messaging. By using Remindy, you agree to them.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use Remindy. You must provide a valid mobile phone number you own or are authorized to use, and you’re responsible for activity under your account.

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages, including reminders and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, and HELP for help.

Don’t use Remindy to store or transmit unlawful content, impersonate others, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

SMS delivery depends on carriers and networks outside our control. We do our best to deliver every message, but we can’t guarantee delivery, and Remindy isn’t a substitute for judgment on anything time-critical or safety-related.

You may stop using Remindy at any time by replying STOP or requesting account deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a risk to the service.

Remindy is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remindy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including a missed or delayed reminder.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We’ll notify you of material changes via SMS or the website before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
